Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday. We try our best to promptly ship orders placed by 3:00 PM EST on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship the following day. All orders placed over the weekend will ship Monday morning.
Domestic US Shipping
There are 3 shipping options for all US customers: USPS First Class Mail | USPS Priority Mail | Fedex Overnight
- USPS First Class Mail - $4.79 - This is our standard method of shipping.
- USPS Priority Mail - $8.95 - This is our expedited method of shipping.
- UPS Ground - $10.49 - This is a cost effective alternative to USPS. It is only available for the Lower 48.
- Fedex Overnight - $34.95 - This is our overnight method of shipping. Any overnight order that ships on a Friday will be delivered on Monday, no Saturday deliveries. Also, please include your phone number when ordering overnight delivery, this is a Fedex requirement. On rare occasion there can be a surcharge if you live in a "Remote Area". If this is the case we will contact you prior to shipping. Due to Covid-19, all major carriers have suspended Guaranteed Delivery. We will do our best to get it to you on time but please understand that for the time being it is not guaranteed.
International Shipping
There are 2 shipping options for all international customers: USPS First Class International Mail | DHL Express Mail
- USPS First Class International Mail - From $18.00 - $23.00 depending on your location - This is our cheapest method for international shipping with tracking. If you live in an area that is not compatible for this method of shipping, you will have to use our DHL method of shipping. If you choose this method you must understand that your package is not insured against loss or damage. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- DHL Express Mail - From $29.95 - $59.95 depending on your location. - This is our quickest method of shipping with tracking and insurance. On rare occasion there can be a $49 surcharge if you live in a "Remote Area". If this is the case we will contact you prior to shipping. This is your safest and quickest method of shipping.
